The Precious Angels Collection is brand new and something I am extremely proud of. Who doesn't want professional, darling, portraits of their "little Angel"!?

My goals and dreams for this project starts now through networking throughout our community. 

This fall I plan to create a calendar to sell locally, through trade shows and Etsy to better promote the sales of this great cause. 

I would like to get YOU ALL involved in the calendar selection with a facebook poll of your 13 favorite images.

My First Blog - Some Helpful Tips

 Improved photography techniques preserve picturesque memories

In photography you will find that you cannot produce simple images that match the design you had aspired to create from a well plotted daydream (ESPECIALLY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN).

You may have a vision of your sweet little girl dolled up in her perfect dress, resting quietly... happily... gazing into a beautiful pink daisy... and SNAP! A perfect precious memory.

Well, wake up! You'll be lucky if you get a quick snap of her blurred behind as she scoots away into the region of "NO! Don't touch that!"

The solution to this agonizingly aggravating endeavor is to KISS it. Keep It Simple Silly. These moments need to flow naturally... and with tact and patience, you will catch some amazing images to cherish throughout many life times. Just keep that camera hot and shooting.

For those who have taken to the "I'm non-photogenic" illusion. You are beautiful, and it illuminates. Every visual essence holds beauty. It is the perspective and the proportions that reveal them. Some images hold a magnificent aura of mystery and untamed picturesque if cropped to those particular features.  In a printed picture there are variables that will catch a gazer's eye while visually perceiving every element of the image. A person studies the picture and feels emotions based on the visual stimulation. The best way a composer can express the images purposed emotions is by highlighting the key features.

SO! START CUTTING UP SOME PICTURES! But most certainly target the desired features before doing so.

               

The do-it yourself personage has a fantastic trait. Take pride in your independent nature because nothing can compromise the will and incredible problem solving capabilities of someone who can make do with what they have. Though, occasionally, you need to spoil yourself and allow the work to be done by a professional.  Occasionally we allow this with special exception, whether it is in marriage, maternity or family moments.

Letting yourself go enough to fully enjoy your special moment requires trust;

•     Trust that the quality will be as fantastic as living the real moment.
•    Trust that the service will meet and exceed your expectations.
•    You need to be able to place hard work in a reliable source's hands and receive a fine quality outcome.

Nothing stinks more than to receive less than what you expected.  Research your options and ask questions. Take advantage of the prepared information to best guess the service that will suit you as the consumer.
